Sarah Inglefield – Vice President

Sarah started her career in advertising in 2002 at IOM. What started out as a temporary position after university, turned into a global career and sparked a passion for travel and effective global communications.


After 6 years in Trinidad and Tobago managing some of the largest brands in the Caribbean region, she took her career to London, to Ogilvy HQ, where she managed the Ford portfolio for the UK and Europe. Sarah has been able to take the international advertising world by storm, bringing fresh insights, perspectives and ways of doing business to a variety of leading positions, clients and brands.


Her broad range of knowledge of all aspects of the industry gained her far reaching recognition and the opportunity to move through the Ogilvy/WPP network to join Geometry Global, the largest global activation agency in the world, as the Account Director in charge of the Qualcomm Europe, BP Fuel, Coca-Cola Corporation, British American Tobacco, Heineken, HSBC and Triumph Lingerie accounts, amongst others.


From there, she was then promoted to Experiential Director at the Energy Marketing Group in London and, soon after, Business Director for British American Tobacco in Energy’s Seoul office. Leading a team of senior account managers and account executives, Sarah played an integral role in the development and delivery of numerous live events and experiential campaigns across Europe for brands such as Rolls Royce, Maserati, Bentley, Amazon, EasyJet and Heineken.


After ten years within the Ogilvy/WPP network, Sarah embraced the new challenge of Global Account Director at the Quintessentially Group (leading global lifestyle management company) where she was responsible for HSBC, the company’s flagship corporate account, and the teams servicing it in 15 territories across Europe, Asia Pacific and Canada.


Sarah returned to Trinidad in 2018 as Chief Operating Officer for Ogilvy Caribbean, with a mandate to leverage her global experience to bring disruption to the market with new insights, approaches and tangible, measurable results for clients.

In July 2020, Sarah was promoted to Chief Executive Officer for Ogilvy Caribbean.
